Today I am going to show you how to extend your network and internet to add security cameras into your attic, shed, barn, garage or nearby building without using WiFi or adding underground network cabling.

I’ve been receiving a lot of questions about setting up security cameras in structures where there is no network or internet.  The WiFi coverage is too weak in these areas and point-to-point devices can be expensive and challenging to configure.  People have been telling me they want cameras everywhere including warehouses, workshops, barns to watch their animals, but they don’t have network connectivity out there connected to their main office or home.

For me, I always try to find a wired solution to lower lag and increase dependable connectivity when streaming footage at high frame rates with 3-4MP or even higher cameras.  If you already have electricity in the location where you want your cameras and they use the same breaker box or panel as your house or office, then you can actually use the existing electrical wires to transfer the video footage.  This means you can extend your home or office network and internet into another location using these adapters and piggy back off the current electrical infrastructure.

There you have it, a quick, cheap and easy solution to adding network and internet access to a new location.  Check out this links in the description below including my blog at NewfieBort.com for more product links and details shown in this video.  If you found this video helpful, let me know by giving it a thumbs up and subscribing to my channel.  Thanks for watching!
